I am still amazed about that English intestacy case where the relatively young
widow is suing her two children to get money to live on.

Everybody has got to make a will. Some people dislike using a specialist but I remember reading my Grandad's will and it was both a DIY job and also conveyed some
very particular wishes. I was simply stunned.
