Bay Tree Financial offers will writing services in Farnborough.

I have only been to Farnborough once and I stupidly passed up on an invitation to go to the famous air show. Offering will writing services in Farnborough is the firm Bay City Financial. You know how I bang on about the difficulties of popping off intestate, so I recommend the local inhabitants of the Hampshire town drop the firm a line if they have not got a will.

Some of the earliest flights in the UK took place in Farnborough and I wished now that I went to the air show.

Sidlaw Estate Planners offers will services in Dundee.

I have never been to Dundee, which has two football clubs The Scottish city was well-known for industries such as jute and marmalade .
Home of Beano publisher D.C Thomson, the city also has Sidlaw Estate Planners, which offers will writing services. The intestacy rules are slightly different in Scotland rather than in England and Wales. However, it still pays to get a will.
A couple of my friends went to Dundee University and really enjoyed their time there. I harbour regrets about my college education so I was really impressed by how glowingly they talked about the place.
My old college almost brings up the rear in most higher education surveys. However, when I went there it was not too bad. We started a new course and we had a good relationship with the lecturers. It seems an awful long time ago.

Will there be anything to leave?

I know I keep on going on about the dangers of dying intestate but with Meltdown Monday yesterday will there be anything to leave to dependents? I hope equities, bonds and properties will recover. We have got limited holdings in shares but they include the hard-hit British mortgage bank Bradford and Bingley. Will this bank stock ever recover? We got them for free and the dividends were good while they lasted. (My wife has a few shares in B and B).
If you live in Bradford or nearby areas, you can set up a will with two firms on the
searchwill site, which are Trust Inheritance withwww.trustinheritance.com and J.A.G Group Legal services on www.jaggroup.com. You need a will if you are going to carry out some inheritance tax planning.

I think I might be making a new will soon.

I think I might be making a new will soon due to a change of circumstances. The last one I have is pretty bog standard and there are no special bequests. I am going to look at the searchwill site.
I want some additions with special bequests to particular charities. I don't know how much but at least it would be something. Both Labour and Conservative will go into the next General Election with plans to raise inheritance tax. I think the Tories want a £2m exemption. There is no way I will be needing that but it would be an useful limit for a lot of people.

Sign a will as soon as you can!!

Sign a will as soon as you can. You should not die intestate. This can leave a right mess!! www.searchwill.co.uk has a directory of members.
An increasing number of the UK population is deciding to retire and live in other
European Union countries or outside this area in Commononwealth countries such as
Australia and New Zealand. It is vital to take advice about having a will if you
retire in these or any other countries.
With sterling falling to a 16 year low, it might be convenient to consider retirement plans earlier rather than later.
