I have looked at my last post, which is dated February.

Apologies again dear reader for the tardiness of my blog. The last one is dated in February. I suppose one interesting bit of news is the possibility of a "death tax", which had been pooed-pooed by the Conservatives, when they were in opposition. This tax would help pay the costs of our ageing population in the United Kingdom, although I am sure Scotland would do its own thing!!

Sorry about the long hiatus in the blog!!

Dear Readers, sorry about the gap in my musings about wills but the UK has been affected by bad weather. This has hit my creative juices. I am going to have to get a new will since the old one is out of date. I want to make some specific donations to charities and hopefully these small sums will make a difference!!
I have seen a small charity operation in action, which makes micro donations to schools in India and Africa and which really produces more bang for your bucks. Hopefully, I could leave them something.

I really am going to update my will soon.

I know I keep on talking about it but I will really update my will soon. Popping off intestate just leaves a lot of problems for your heirs. In the United Kingdom there are quite a few willwriters to help. For instance, in Derby and the surrounding county Derbyshire you can look at the url http://www.searchwill.co.uk/WillWriters/WillWriters-In-Derby.html
I have only been to Derby once but the local people were very friendly. They have also great supporters of their local football team Derby County.

Sorry for the hiatus in blogs since September!!

I am very sorry for the break in blogs since September!! I will continue my exhortations for everybody to get a will so as to avoid dying intestate. Unfortunately, I have to admit that although needing to update my will, I have'nt done so. I will get down to it soon.
If you pop off intestate, your assets are distributed in a pre-set formula and you might leave out looking after your loved ones.
An up-to-date will is a necessity.

I really need to set up a new will.

In England and Wales, there are real problems if one dies intestate, that is without a will. I need to update my will due to a change in circumstances. I could look at willwriters offered by www.searchwill.co.uk by post code.

I have got to update my will soon!!

I have the problem of updating my will due to a change of circumstances. The "lump" is reaching his 18th birthday soon. Living in England, we have got to take into account that issues in this area are pretty complicated. What we don't want is to make the process more complicated.

I hope to spend around £100 for the will. I am going to make a few gifts to various charities perhaps to Roman Catholic ones such as missionaries in Africa, where they have a pretty tough time of it. For instance, they work against the modern-day consensus over AIDs and birth control.

Everyone should get a will to prepare for the future.

In the UK every adult should get a will to prepare for the future. It would not do to pop off early. However, I do see clearly the problems of inertia. For instance, the will is going to cost money and do I need to get the issue resolved right now. Looking back on my original will, it was quite expensive and prices have fallen in absolute terms.
However, dying intestate with a large estate just leads to a few problems for your heirs. www.searchwill.co.uk
