Will writers forever!!

Will writers forever!! To get access to assets of a deceased person it is helpful to have a grant of probate. For this you need a will. Without one what is needed is a "grant of letters of administration" or a
grant of confirmation in Scotland.
The inheritance tax threshold is £300,000 and the British tax agency HMRC says that over 80 pct of estates do not face the tax.
